1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between okybet ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our") and any individual ("you," "the Player," or "the User") who accesses, registers on, or uses the okybet website and its associated services.

By completing the registration process, logging into your okybet account, or otherwise using any part of the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. Your continued use of okybet following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2 Eligibility

To register and use okybet, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law.

• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of okybet, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from okybet or any other PAGCOR-regulated gaming platform.

okybet reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents may result in suspension of your account and withholding of any pending withdrawals until verification is complete. Any winnings obtained by an ineligible player may be voided and forfeited.

3 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) account only on okybet. The registration of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You must promptly update your account details if any information changes. okybet is not responsible for any loss or inconvenience arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your okybet login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account access with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been carried out by you, and you will be held responsible for all such activity.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify okybet Support immediately. okybet will not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.

• Accounts must be registered in your own legal name.
• Payment methods linked to your account must be in your own name.
• Corporate or business accounts are not permitted.
• Account sharing or transfer is strictly prohibited.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

okybet supports a range of Philippine-based payment methods for deposits and withdrawals, including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise stated.

Deposits:

• Deposits are credited to your okybet account promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider.
• Minimum deposit amounts are specified on the deposit page and may vary by payment method.
• okybet does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Funds must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.
• okybet reserves the right to request proof of payment source as part of its anti-money laundering obligations.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. okybet may require KYC (Know Your Customer) documentation before processing any withdrawal.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the okybet account.
• Processing times vary by payment method. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within one (1) to three (3) business days.
• okybet reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending investigation of suspected fraud, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms.
• Any applicable taxes on winnings are the sole responsibility of the player, in accordance with Philippine tax law.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

okybet offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, which form part of these Terms. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

• Wagering Requirements: Most bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's terms.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. okybet reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Bonus Abuse: Any attempt to exploit, manipulate, or abuse bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or arbitrage strategies — is strictly prohibited and will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.
• Expiry: Bonuses that are not used or wagered within the stated validity period will expire and be removed from your account without notice.
• Modification: okybet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.

6 Game Rules & Fairness

All games available on okybet — including live casino tables, slot machines, bingo, and other gaming products — are operated in accordance with their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules.

okybet is committed to fair gaming. All random number generators (RNGs) used in okybet's games are independently tested and certified to ensure randomness and fairness. Live dealer games are streamed in real time from licensed studios and are subject to the same standards of fairness and integrity.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, okybet reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager to the player's account. okybet's decision in such matters is final. No compensation will be paid for losses arising from technical issues beyond okybet's reasonable control.

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within each game interface. okybet reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on okybet and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person in doing so.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or fraud.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes through the use of software, bots, scripts, or any other automated means.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities. Any such exploitation must be reported to okybet Support immediately.
• Engaging in chargebacks or reversals of legitimate deposits.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing okybet staff or other players.
• Accessing okybet from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Allowing a minor (any person under 21 years of age) to access or use your okybet account.

okybet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account found to be in breach of this section, and to void and forfeit any balances or winnings associated with such conduct.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the okybet platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, audio, video, and the overall design and layout of the website — is the intellectual property of okybet or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the okybet platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from okybet without prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on okybet content.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software used in the okybet platform.
• Use okybet's trademarks, logos, or brand elements in any manner without express written authorisation.

Any unauthorised use of okybet's intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by okybet.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, okybet shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the okybet platform or its services.

Without limiting the foregoing, okybet specifically excludes liability for:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.
• Losses arising from reliance on information published on the Platform.
• Interruptions to service caused by maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond okybet's reasonable control, including force majeure events.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain adequate security of your credentials.
• Any third-party content, services, or links that may be referenced on the Platform.

okybet's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your okybet account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by okybet's negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, to the extent such exclusion is prohibited by law.

10 Privacy & Data

okybet collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using okybet, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

okybet implements industry-standard security measures to protect your personal and financial data. However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and okybet cannot guarantee absolute security of data transmitted to or from the Platform.

okybet may be required to disclose your personal data to regulatory authorities, including PAGCOR, law enforcement agencies, or financial intelligence units, in compliance with applicable Philippine law and anti-money laundering regulations.

11 Responsible Gaming

okybet is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its obligations in this regard seriously. Gambling is intended to be an enjoyable form of entertainment. If gambling ceases to be enjoyable or begins to cause financial, emotional, or social harm, okybet encourages players to seek help immediately.

okybet provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your okybet account.
• Session Time Limits: Set reminders or hard limits on the duration of your gaming sessions.

12 Termination

okybet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if okybet reasonably believes that you have breached any provision of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if required to do so by a regulatory authority.

You may close your okybet account at any time by contacting okybet Support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements and provided no breach of these Terms has occurred.

Termination of your account does not affect any rights or obligations that have accrued prior to the date of termination. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including but not limited to Sections 7, 8, 9, and 14 — shall continue to apply after termination.

13 Amendments

okybet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, okybet will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this page.

Your continued use of okybet following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using okybet and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

In the event of a dispute between you and okybet, you are encouraged to contact okybet Support in the first instance to seek an informal resolution. okybet will endeavour to resolve all complaints promptly and fairly.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. okybet's decisions on matters within its operational discretion — including account actions, bonus eligibility, and game outcome disputes — are final and binding, subject to applicable regulatory oversight by PAGCOR.
